As of 1 December 2005, Mephisto Design Automation is officially incorporated as a Belgian "NV". This will allow to set-up a highly professional organisation, well-positioned to serve its customers efficiently. Mephisto Design Automation was founded as a private equity company with support from the K.U.Leuven university and the MICAS research lab.
