MDA's tools run on Unix/Linux systems. Below is more information on compatibility for Linux systems. Please contact support for compatible versions on HP and/or SUN workstations.

Tool compatibility on Linux distributions is based on the Linux Standard Base (LSB)

LSB compliant distribution

If your Linux distribution is LSB compliant, a binary compatible version is available for versions 3.0 and 3.1 (older versions are not supported).

You can find out here if your distribution is LSB compliant.

Based on the LSB version and number of bits, select the appropriate 'mgetid' executable to send us your license information.

Non LSB compliant distribution

There are two scenario's:

Binary compatible

If your distribution is not listed, try if you can execute one of the 'mgetid' LINK:executables. If succesful, our tool will probably run without hassle on your distribution too. If you have any questions please contact support.

Non-binary compatible

If all of the above is not working, contact support and we will probably be able to supply a version compiled specifically for your distribution.
